A year of YES&

Bend the mind.

My project:

52 new experiences in 52 weeks.

Anything that:

Challenges you mentally/physically.

Provides you with insight.

Intimidates you.

Is a skill you suck at.

Put it on the list

... & do it.

Dancing on mind's edge pushes boundaries. You're out of your comfort zone. But what's the point? Can learning to ride a unicycle directly benefit my day-to-day job? The mind does not discriminate where it applies the lessons learnt. Once a boundary is pushed, extended or moved forward, your perception of what you are capable of does the same, for anything you do from that point onward.

New experience = neuroplastic mind buzz:

Re-mapping of the brain, creating new pathways and new perceptions.
